Jilli58 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be closed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for standard accounts. Players who have attained Gold tier or above in the jilli58 Loyalty Program receive priority processing, with most withdrawals completed within fifteen (15) minutes.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jilli58 account. Jilli58 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
All transactions on the jilli58 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Jilli58 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
Jilli58 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees displayed during the withdrawal process are charged by your payment provider (e.g., GCash or your bank) and are outside jilli58's control.
Jilli58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Most bonuses offered by jilli58 are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus- derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The jilli58 Loyalty Program rewards players with points for every eligible wager placed on the Platform. Points accumulation, tier progression, and redemption are governed by the specific terms of the Loyalty Program, available at /loyalty-program. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
All games available on the jilli58 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slots and table games and are available within each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jilli58 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account.
